Creating an account is quick and easy:

1. Download. Install the app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Sign Up. Open the app, click "Create an Account," and then enter your basic information: phone number, name, age, and email address.
3. Verification. When you add your WhatsApp number, you'll receive a confirmation code. Make sure to enter a valid email address so you can recover your account if needed.
4. Complete your profile. Habits, interests, photos, and ideally a video. This is the most important step for generating matches.

1. Sign in and go to "My Profile" by clicking on your photo or the profile icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select "Edit" to change your name, description, or interests, or to add photos.
3. Save your changes so that other users can see them.

Go to the "Settings" section of your account, then to the "Notifications" tab. You can turn push notifications and emails on or off according to your preferences: new messages, new matches, and profile visits. We recommend keeping them turned on so you don't miss any opportunities.

Use the email address linked to your account to reset your password. If you still can't sign in, contact support directly via the in-app message icon.

A temporary removal option lets you take a break and come back whenever you're ready:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click the profile icon, then "Settings."
3. In the "Account" section, select "Pause Account"

Permanent deletion is irreversible: you will lose all your data and will need to create a new account to return.

2. In the "Account" section, select "Permanently Delete."
3. You will receive a confirmation notification. Once confirmed, all your data will be deleted.

2. Select "Edit" to add new photos or change your name and interests.
3. Save your changes so they become visible.

Your photos must clearly show who you are: your face must be clearly visible and not obscured. Photos showing minors without adults, nudity, violence, or offensive content will be automatically rejected. Choose a clear, smiling portrait.

Usually because it doesn't meet our criteria: the image is too blurry, a fake profile has been detected (celebrity photo), or the photo makes it impossible to identify you (too large a group, dark sunglasses). Upload a new, well-framed portrait photo.

Once you've saved your changes, your profile becomes visible to other users. Depending on your subscription, it can be viewed by singles in your country of residence (Solo Plan or Diaspora Elite Plan) or worldwide (Diaspora Elite Plan).

For Premium subscribers, the 'Visibility' setting lets you control who sees your profile. Turning on Private/Incognito mode hides you from new suggestions while allowing you to keep chatting with existing matches.

When you see a profile you like, send them a "Like." If that person sends you a Like back, it's a Match: you'll receive an instant notification, and the messaging feature will unlock so you can break the ice.

Messaging is instant. Once you match with someone, open the Messages tab, tap the conversation, and send your icebreaker.

Advanced filtering options are available from the start. A Premium subscription provides access to additional filters, and the Premium Plus package allows you to filter by relationship goals (serious relationship, friendship, etc.) or by religion.

Make sure location services are enabled on your device and adjust your distance filter. Note that the Solo Pack focuses exclusively on local profiles.
